Knowing what the readers of Campfire Tales want is a tricky thing, mainly because you aren’t a very commenting crowd. Not a criticism. I’m just sayin’ is all.
Generally your responses are based on what brought you here in the first place, and since Campfire Tales is all over the place topically, I’ve been on a quest in Year O to satisfy the original followers (and myself) who like hiking and national parks.
Below are the links to the last nine posts; yes, posted in this order, and yes, the colors matter (particularly for my detail-minded and hidden connection readers):
Valley of Fire State Park in NV
Grand Prismatic Spring in Yellowstone NP in WY
Pictograph Cave State Park in MT
Little Bighorn National Monument in MT
Dinosaur Park Historic Site in Rapid City SD
Hot Spring Waterfall in Hot Springs SD
Lake Mead National Recreation Area in NV
Two more photos; one for color, theme, and a visual pun, and the other for comparison:
Just be you and the crowd will follow.

I appreciate the encouragement and hope you will still be hanging around when I return to the most pivotal post — I wrote part one of five, and it was SO MUCH WORK and I think it currently stands at…two views?
But maybe it’s time to go finish posts 2-5.

Camp host Chad, I write because it is therapeutic and enjoyable. Writing for views is a an insatiable dopamine rush with diminished returns in my opinion.
